In 1986, Evertex Dyeing & Finishing was founded by C.F. Yeh, J.C. Hsu, C. Lien, and A.L. Su. Soon after, the mill construction started and commenced operation as of April 1988

In 1997, in order to further expand the company's breadth in textile production, Evertex started a tricot warp-knit department. With that accomplished, Evertex was then a knitting/dyeing/sales textile vendor

2007 - 2016

During the era of producing football/soccer jersey, Evertex, in cooperation with Errea, supplied great quantity for Italian clubs. A great accomplishment was to supply the stretch jersey and jersey mesh to the away-program for the English National Team for 2010 World Cup.

At the end of 2013, in reacting to the decline in soccer jersey business and the growing outdoor apparel clienteles, Evertex laid out a 5-year modernization program and introduced automation and sustainable manufacturing standards such as bluesign®, green-house gas emission, waste-water treatment update, etc.
2017-2020

In compliance with growing demand on renewable energy and green manufacturing trend, a subsidiary company "Tong'fa" was established and built a 2.0 megawatts rooftop solar power plant in 2017.

In 2018, a domestic name (in Chinese) carrying "dyeing & finishing" was officially taken off to further reflect future company's direction into a textile technology branded manufacture.

The goals of the first phase (2014~2018) of the five-year facility modernization plan achieved and our management team started adding further human resources, talent acquisition, and social responsibility into the next 5-year (2019~2023) plan while upholding the same performance textile innovative mindset.
